From there the app guides you: spreadsheet import, groups, teams, branding — with built-in guides in English, German, French and Kreol, and a demo church to practise on first.

We migrate all your data free of charge, whether you pay monthly or annually: people, households, groups, ministries, service plans, songs, giving history and settings. Export review, field mapping, the complete transfer and a joint reconciliation are included. We also guide your first everyday workflow without an onboarding fee. Additional training and new custom development are optional and quoted separately in advance.
Importing your existing song catalogue is part of the free complete move, including titles, keys, chords and links. Your church remains responsible for the rights to use its songs; moving data does not grant a copyright licence.
Optional development for your church, with a written scope, agreed time budget, testing and delivery. We estimate larger projects separately. Configuration and bug fixes do not require this package.

The licence scales with the number of congregations you host under it. For a single church, the hosted version is usually safer and costs less.
Price on requestWe agree an offer for church networks after reviewing the number of independent churches, access boundaries, shared reporting needs and support. Each congregation keeps its own data; network-wide views and integrations require a defined implementation scope.
Price on requestOptional add-on to your church subscription: USD 99 per month for at least one scoped, agreed wish feature per paid month. A developer plans, builds, tests and delivers it with you. Larger projects are split into monthly increments; product bug fixes stay in the base subscription.
