Membership Path
- Define the stations that fit your church: for example a first conversation, a membership course and a conversation with the elders. Start a person’s path and name a companion.
- Keep each person’s current station and last movement visible. Notice paths that have stood still and people who do not yet have a companion, so a personal follow-up is easier.
- Move the path when the conversation calls for it. Your authorised team explicitly welcomes a person as a member; a course completion or quiz result never makes that decision.
A catechism opens a conversation.
Short questions and considered answers can help people put Christian belief into words. Read the biblical passages, explore the reasons, bring doubts into conversation and explain what you understand in your own words.

Your church chooses and approves the teaching. Course progress does not automatically move a membership path or decide membership or baptism.

A catechism brings Christian belief into a sequence of questions and answers. It gives us words for what we believe. Its concise answers become a starting point for deeper understanding.
We read the biblical passages, explore the reasons and consider what an answer means. Then we try to explain what we have understood in our own words. There is room for unresolved questions too.
Courses gives this learning a place in your church. Manageable lessons, reflection prompts and knowledge checks with explanations help people take the next step, at their own pace.
Keep your thoughts in private notes. Ask the course team a question and read its reply inside the course. You decide whether to share your learning progress.

Every feature, in every plan
All plans include the church office and member app, with unlimited leaders and administrators. Choose the modules your church needs; access follows your roles and permissions. Provider accounts and usage fees remain separate. The browser-based member app is included. The shared Church Base Cloud native app with church selection will also be included in every plan, at no extra cost, from its next released version. A separate app with your church’s own name and branding is optional: USD 29/month or USD 290/year prepaid, in addition to your CBC plan. Suitable church-owned developer accounts, a responsible contact and store approval are required; developer account fees are separate. Publication and billing are agreed before ordering.
