How it works
Annual giving statements
- An authorised giving team member chooses the donor and year in the church office. Statement export has its own permission, separate from general access.
- CBC gathers confirmed gifts for that year and includes their funds. Different currencies have separate totals instead of being added into a misleading single amount.
- Download the PDF and review the underlying records before sharing it with the donor. Correct your giving records through the church's normal process.
