  1. Configure AI under Settings → AI integrations. Connect your church's Google Gemini key or another supported provider and choose the everyday model chain.
  2. Write the announcement's facts and request writing help. The broadcast writer proposes a subject and body in the language currently configured for your church, retaining personalisation placeholders.
  3. Check names, dates, tone and recipients, then decide whether to send. CBC also offers guide-grounded help; optional Gemini image refinement and cover scanning have separate uses.
