How it works

Bank import & donor matching

  1. Paste the bank statement CSV, map the date and amount columns and select its currency. Add the donor-name and reference columns for better matching.
  2. Review the suggested people and pending pledges before importing. Correct a donor manually when a joint account or unfamiliar spelling needs your knowledge.
  3. Import the selected credit lines into a fund. CBC remembers donor-name aliases and uses transaction fingerprints to skip duplicates in overlapping exports.
